1.) Job reqs are only posted for formality when hiring here. No degree, experience, or knowledge is required, regardless of what is stated on the posted job requirement. 2. You need to play a pivotal role in office politics to be acknowledged or recognized, otherwise your existence is ignored. 3. Leadership bullies you, regardless of your incredible work ethic only because you don't participate in office politics.
