Minimal Training or Onboarding: You’re expected to "figure it out" and plug holes without much guidance. If you’re not self-directed, you’ll flounder. Understaffed for Scale: The lean team may not match the complexity or scale of the project, leading to inorganization, Upper management doesnt want to accept that, so the blame lands on the one's who have no authority to make a change. Visibility Challenges: Internal recognition can be skewed. Work often gets filtered through higher-ups or more vocal teammates. Quiet competency doesn’t always get noticed.
