1. You will be part of a small team solving varied engineering and business problems everyday which will transform you into a well rounded engineer. 2. No attendance entry any day. As long as the product progresses positively, the management doesn't interfere with you managing your time with respect to work/life balance. 3. Be part of an early stage startup and help it grow big. Amazing place to learn if you plan to startup on your own in a couple of years.
Cons
Independence to a fault. This might lead to you feel lonely when difficult technical problems surface.
