      Pros

      Honestly, none that I can think of. I wouldn't recommend Reladyne to anyone, like I said, when they speak, you can believe able it half of what they say.

      Cons

      401k is a joke, always making promises they can't keep. HR is also a joke. I would advise you to stay away from RELADYNE if at all possible. They are the most disorganized company I ever worked for. You cannot believe a word they say, meaning they are a bunch of liars. I worked at midstate ind in Nashville and you couldn't ask for a better place to work. Reladyne comes in and buys them out and it was down hill from there. 12 employees quit within a 3 month period after the merge, most had been there 10+ years. I think that speaks for itself.

      Pros

      The check appears in my bank account every other week. Other than that I don't have anything positive to say about RelaDyne, sorry.

      Cons

      You need to be part of the clique that came over with the CEO from a major plumbing supply company or you don't get credit for what you worked hard to achieve.

      Pros

      Could be a good co to work for. Better mang. might help

      Cons

      Company left me hung out to dry after I was diagnosed with AML leukemia. 35 days in the hospital and no phone calls or visits from anyone in co. Reladyne would not let me collect on my temp. dis. ins. Still cant go back to work and no word from co. Guess they are holding their breath waiting for a law suit.
