Pros

Regency's marketing reps are treated to alot of corporate perks including expensive outings, fun social events, and ability to make frivelous purchases.

Cons

This company's focus is the bottom line. Patient care is not the top priority that they like to promote. Especially if that patient care involves Regency having to shell out part of their profit.

Pros

I DO NOT HAVE ANY PROS TO LIST.

Cons

This place if very unorganized. There are NO letters in teamwork because there is NONE. You have SORRY CNA'S that sit around the nurses station all day without doing any work to take care of their patients. There are even some nurses that does not care about their patients but there just to get a pay check. They won't give patients meds and they are way pass due. I could go on and on as you can see I listed NO Cons.

Cons

no incentives to stay. Company provides no bonuses or any type of consideration if you are not a nurse.
