Cons

Bonuses are formulated from things you have no direct control over and are factored in as part of the overall compensation which makes the base pay trend lower than market. High leadership turnover.

Solid and reliable operation team, making business partnering comfortable.

Cons

Incompetent management from the accounting side; lacking even a basic understanding of accounting despite being in the role for 15 years, creating constant bottlenecks. Feel sorry for the good accountants working under him. You need to be familiar with gaslighting and passive-aggressive behaviour to stay afloat
