      Pros

      Some good technical experts are there but they are not allowed to work.

      Cons

      Very high level of disrespect from management. Management is always not keeping a good relationship with employees. Never go for it if you want a carrier growth

      It good for new joiners to have work in MNC, HR approach is very bad, very difficult onboarding

      Cons

      HR section very bad, try to take good HR. Since interview is done with false promises

      We have reason to believe this is a fake review as we monitor and assess the onboarding process closely. The metrics for onboarding have consistently been 4.5/ 5 for the past 18 months. Our employees believe and have rated us to be a Great Place to Work. Our open-door policy is very intact such that anyone with a grievance gets access to the CEO herself if any such cases are not resolved to the satisfaction at the first level. We hope you are not one of the few people who were let go because you did not meet our stringent performance standards.

      Lacks Work-Life Flexibility ,Struggles with Training Inequality, Frequent Relocation, and Job Security Issues

      1. Consistently been a high-performing employee, but I get sidelined from training opportunities due to favoritism in decision-making. 2. No flexibility; work from home is offered as a trap to individuals whose presence is required for night shift projects, thereby avoiding allowances. 3. Asks you to relocate. 4. Only short-term projects are available, so it's recommended if you're looking for a short-term stay.

      1. Makes you present at odd hours without any extra pay. 2. You must relocate to different parts of the country for short-term projects and move to a new location every few months. 3. HR listens to you,yes but only listens. 4.low job security and uncertainty about opportunities.
