Cons
- Toxic culture dominated by micromanagement. - No Leadership Experience - Poor Leadership decisions with more meetings to align on decisions than time to work. - Complete lack of respect for peoples time. - Unrealistic timelines Management is not able to prioritize, deadlines are unrealistic and poorly managed. Constant high stress environment with failure for whatever reason not being tolerated. Poor alignment between different teams often with duplicate work due to the right people not being involved in the decision making process. Internal politics and general manipulation makes for an unpleasant time especially with long hours demanded and not compensated for.
