      They take on clients that really benefit from the extra support and are doing good work.

      Very challenging to stay above water for individuals newer to consultancy work.

      There were NO pros to my experience.

      Cons

      I would not recommend anyone to work for this company. There were blatant acts of racism and discrimination during my time with this company. And most definitely, there is a lot of nepotism in this company. It was WILD, to say the least!

      Good intentions

      Pros

      The people are kind and committed to customer success. Consultants are highly certified and great with client engagement

      Cons

      I think the folks at Redpath have good intentions, and try to lead with their values. That being said I think there is also a general lack of overall business strategy and execution causing a high stress environment, and leading to poor culture.
