      Pros

      Truly inspiring leadership team who are deeply knowledgeable thoughtful and mission-driven. The people here are genuinely passionate about what we're building and why it matters. Very strong collaborative culture and strong sense of support across teams - people here want you to succeed

      Cons

      High standards come with high expectations. The pace is extremely fast and the bar is very high. This is a place that pushes you to work autonomously, contribute and grow. For some people that intensity might not be a fit but for people who are motivated to build, learn and operate at a high level, it's exactly the point

      -work with a bunch of great humans -great pay, including equity -employees treated with trust -true remote culture -great technology that is loved by customers -ability to work autonomously -given the support you need to do your best work

      Cons

      -not for everyone, not always a lot of direction provided so people need to be able to figure things out on their own -young company where strategy changes can happen quickly
