-work with a bunch of great humans -great pay, including equity -employees treated with trust -true remote culture -great technology that is loved by customers -ability to work autonomously -given the support you need to do your best work
Cons
-not for everyone, not always a lot of direction provided so people need to be able to figure things out on their own -young company where strategy changes can happen quickly
