Pros

Some of the people here are amazing but others I wouldn't save if they were drowning.

Cons

Nepotism Toxic environment both in management and physical environment Set up parent company because they know they will eventually be taken to court so they can protect the directors and no one else Rorting their customers sideways making it impossible to sell A hazard for neighbouring companies especially at production facilities Corrective warnings if you don't make a budget that is unreasonable and your patch has the best customers removed.

Redox, Redox Group and Redox Investment companies have identical Directors and thus have not reduced or minimised their liability in any way. The aim of the restructure was to separate the different parts of our business (trading, investing and property respectively) so that each can be focused on and improved. All of our Redox storage and manufacturing sites are regularly audited (both internally and by third parties) and comply with all relevant workplace health and safety regulations. Our dedicated team of WHS Officers, Safety Champions and Committees conduct ongoing reviews of processes and assessments of site safety, encouraging hazard reporting and advocating proper handling and storage of products through our Product Stewardship policy. In 2019 our Lost Time Industry Frequency Rate (LTIFR) showed a significant improvement by 23.1% since last year. A recent third-party, anonymous Employee Engagement survey was conducted in 2019 which showed that while we have areas to improve upon, the comments in this review do not accurately reflect the experience of the great majority of our team members who rated Redox as a great place to work.

Pros

Quarterly bonuses if KPIs are met Autonomous sales opportunities and self driven business development Free lunch Opportunities for business travelling Work Company Car (after 12 months) Extensive Tools available to achieve sales targets such as an amazing market intelligence ERP and Sales software integration tools

Cons

-Micro-managment and matrix hierarchy environment with red tape to overcome -Little to no leadership in middle management -Most manager have a disconnect to what their office environment is really like or are generally out of touch with their employees and their work. -Minimal training or personal development investment -No dynamic work culture and no ability to retain good working staff -Minimal remuneration or incentives -Bottlenecks in administration due to not enough support staff -A lot of the work involved in administration and data entry -Career progression ambiguous - No communication between staff and management on a regular basis -Overworking environment the default expectation and only a the token staff members able to get the work/ life balance whereas the majority do not -Middle management have misguided bias towards staff whom they favour over merit - KPI metrics need an overhaul as system is created decades ago on the emphasis on spamming techniques to customers with excessive inquiries, cold calls and irrelevant questions for the client rather than focusing on what metrics actually work, or understanding on what their clients require and understanding each market segment responds differently to an array of techniques which relates to appropriate training. - KPI are set on arbitary goals such as annual 15% growth or "x" dollar value each year without any realistics or real reason/analysis behind it. -Key high performers are penalised when their budget is missed due to uncontrollable circumstances regardless in previous budget months are achieved well or over budget.

Thank you for your review. Management appreciate the positive feedback and constructive suggestions you've made, they will help us improve Redox. On KPI's specifically, they are evidence of effort made to provide the best possible service to customers. Especially during the recent deflation in unit prices the effort made can show us who is doing their utmost to improve performance. High performers are rewarded with a generous bonus scheme which can provide up to 40% of salary as bonuses which has led to the best retention rates in our industry, something we're very proud of.

Pros

They give you a nominal value in lunch credit that must be used with the company they negotiate a fixed menu with. This usually overloads local small business and you end up with a bad outcome for meal quality if you are in administration your performance payment is safe unless you are on a warning. you don't need to perform, you just need to chug along and you will get the same as the hardest working employees

Cons

The micro managing is insane The workload is over the top The nepotism is is mind numbing The ineptitude and number of staff ripping the company off is astounding but if they do the familys bidding it is ignored Have heard first hand executive team being derogatory about indigenous and minority communities The pay is based on the minimum paying role they can match in the institute of management salary handbook. if you are doing business with them CHASE your refund\overpayment or they will happily ignore it. Also negotiate and check your freight costs. Trust them like they are trying to give you a three dollar note.

The company believes providing a free lunch, allowing all employees to share in the company’s success through our bonus schemes and regularly benchmarking salaries are positive aspects that make Redox a leading employer in our industry. We will not dignify the outlandish claims with a response other than to say that the anonymity of the internet seems to embolden some people to spread falsehoods which is very disappointing.
