Hi
Thank you for taking the time to leave this review
We are pleased to hear you found the team to be supportive during your time here
We would have to disagree with the terminology "ridiculous hours" and the claim of 12 hr days.
The team are in the office for 9am. They will normally work until around 6pm.
They do not commute 2 hrs to site - that would defeat the purpose of our offices in Leeds and Liverpool!!!
Like the vast majority of other industries particularly within sales/recruitment some extremely driven and career orientated individuals will make the *personal* choice to work later hours. This is a decision made by themselves.
We would also absolutely disagree that there is not work life balance. The team work a Monday - Friday. Their weekends are completely free. Our Instagram would definitely show the complete opposite as well, with the team always enjoying the social aspect of the role.
A base salary would involve the team being capped in their commission.
As the team are currently uncapped in their commission earnings they make significantly more money - upwards of £3.5k-4k monthly. I'm sure if you spoke to the 40+ strong team in Manchester as well as the offices that have now opened in Leeds and Liverpool they would be more than happy to support this!
Capped commission as you are suggesting are more suited for companies that do not want to actually recognize individuals working hard and companies that want to line their own pockets with profit.
For us that simply does not fit in with our ethos where we fully recognize the work that the team do.
