I have worked with the team for almost 3 yrs and it has been an amazing experience. The environment is wonderful- the team is supportive and open promoting a creative environment to pitch new ideas. The job itself is always new and challenging. In addition, the autonomy to really run your desk how you like and decide the approach you want to take working with clients is refreshing. Not only is the professional environment encouraging but the emphasis put on personal goals outside the office and the person you want to be is refreshing.
