Pros
Nice concept. Saves consumer money. They are able to supply you with plenty of seller leads. However, you barely make any money off of seller leads and the buyer leads are few and low quality.
Cons
Not a good corporate culture. Creativity is shunned and not encouraged. The brokerage keeps the lion's share of commission while the agents struggle. Low and unequal pay for employees. No real training structure. Training just depends on the office manager. Unless you are working out of the Denver office...find another brokerage. There are many more out there with better support, better training, and better commission structure.
