Pros

Everything is a con over here. 1. No in time salary credit. No pay slip. Deductions with no reason and what for. Sometime will keep salary pending for 3months and we have to beg around them for salary. They will say how much is your rent, that we can adjust for you in this month. 2. Everyone is a boss here. Even who does not know 2+2 = ?. I saw my manger searching in google for “how to print a number in hexadecimal using printf function”. 3. No standard HR policies. Infact HR will be changed for every 16 days. Each time a new hr comes, policies changes. 4. Concept leave is not here. Everyday is working hour and 14 hours of working hours a day and you’re u are required to answer anytime. 5. No projects at all. Only work was to search for which company is doing which project, and which is the current trend in market and use its project or tech name to leaverage any of the scape goat

Cons

6. Indra structure, Place, workspace It was like they bought them in a third hand sale or any thrown out stuff from market. 7. Most of the wrk here is to be an IT recruiter. I was working as an software engineer and they made me to do Naukri monster resume fetching and schedule interviews and get scolded if they won’t show up. 8. All are sadist and very careless. 9. Late night discussions on how was today’s food with CEO and other managers, what food has to be improved and all, on every day. 10. Torture every day. 11. If you takes one day leave that’s all you are terminated. And they won’t provide any documents, salarys nothing. 12. I saw that they grabbed an employees mobile as he recorded HR torture and they found and terminated him and they kept that mobile with them only for proof and HR started using the same mobile daily.

I request all to not get misguided by such false reviews posted by disgruntled employees. Instead, do visit our office for first hand interactions with current employees and view of the world class facilities. Redeem is bustling with Projects in Industrial IoT, Product Design & Development and almost all aspects of Engineering covering embedded to mechanical. Furthermore, we are in process of aggressive expansion in Europe and North America where our services are in high demand. All salary credits are completed within the first week of each month, though the exact date of credit could vary within the first week. Yes, as a growing company the work hours tend to be extended (10-12 hours, depending on role), but therein lies the challenge and excitement. And that is why we plan to offer a staggering 20% of equity to employees – the highest in the industry. Technical recruitment is a work domain at Redeem whereby engineering graduates with good communication skills are given the option to take up this role – but this is completely the individual’s choice.

Pros

Only when you get conned by hearing the sweet talking for senior people. Once you get to know the reality there is none! There is no option of 'zero' stars, if not would have rated so.

Cons

1. Looks like things are far worse than what it was when I worked. Based on what I get to understand about current scenario is that there are no projects at all. Not sure why on earth would they hire people. 2. You will never get payslips, looks like the management thinks that they can avoid legal issues later if issued. 3. Pension fund deductions are not deposited to EPFO - For sure they cannot escape from it for a long time. 4. If there are good reviews posted, either it will be long working employees who definitely in my opinion cannot get matching jobs (Designation wise) anywhere else - Do not get impressed by them. It would be a 'requested' one (by brainwashed new employee)/'forced' one (by a desperate employee who understands reality and looking out for an opportunity to move out as and when opportunity knocks the door). Just adding a 5 star review to manage the ratings will not help. If Glassdoor can contact the person posting the positive reviews after 3-4 months of posting, I am sure it could be validated that most of them (barring long serving ones) will not be with the company by that time. 6. For an employee it is important to get salary on time, and contribute work towards matching skill sets - Definitely a 'zero' on these aspects.

Pros

Please read this review carefully as this is not to fool anyone or create a false image about the company. This is the general experience of almost all the employees including mine. Talking about pros and cons.. we hardly found any pros in the company. Still I will point out a few. Starts a bit late in the morning.. around 10 AM. They provide Tea two times a day with biscuits sometimes and food in the afternoon and night. Although eating and survival is left to each individual.

Cons

Now I will go on listing cons which is quite large actually. Everyone are the bosses.. there is no single manager for an employee. Anybody can jump at you for no reason. If you take a holiday you are dead. that’s the deal there. By telling holiday it need not be a casual leave or something. Every Saturday is a working day and they expect everyone to be present there even on Sundays and other govt. Holidays. This may sound quite strange but it is true. If you escape somehow they won’t be afraid to terminate you too stating that reason. You can never see any company working on jan 26 or on independence day full fledged except the great Redeem. In the name itself there lies a big ambiguity. They are not sure it is redeem software or redeem systems. Firstly, they had mentioned redeem software in the offer letter. Then they changed to redeem systems all of a sudden. In the ID card only redeem is mentioned. These are all the bloody games they play. Work culture is too too bad and each manager including the MD is horrible. More importantly, salary be guaranteed too if you work there. For each employee, they will find silly reasons to fire and thereby not providing the final settlement. This issue is also in the court currently. Around 10 employees who were working in redeem didn't receive their salary and they went to the court against this company in January. There is no concept called pay slip. This we won’t know what are the deductions. Every month they deduct around 14% for of but in your pf account it won't get credited at all. There are at least 14 employees who left this company in the last 2 months and none of them got their settlement. There are no projects going on inside from the past one year. No client is ready to partner this. No body can stay there for more than 3 months. That is the unwritten rule. Every week 2-3 people join and 4-5 people leave. That is the process. This company is definitely going to fall down in the next 2-3 months because of no projects and due to increasing court cases against this. Please read these carefully before attending any interview with Redeem. This is the voice of all ex employees.
