Have been working here for more than 2.5 years, these are my personal opinions:
1. Supportive seniors
2. Freshers are well guided to learn new framework/language.
3. Ease to comunicate with management
Cons
I haven't feel such of any con so far, except bit low salary hike.
1. Environment of this company is so amazing for learners and seniors are so supportable for freshers.
2. This company provides opportunity to learn for fresher.
