      Pros

      Nice people to work with. When there is a holiday there is plenty of overtime. And the bonus is a % of your yearly pay. Management is honest and calls out the slackers instead of trying to sweep them under the rug while other worker harder.

      Cons

      When there is no holiday it is hard to get a full 40 hours, and sometimes hard to get 30 hours.

      Pros

      really good culture. They do hire some great people in lower management roles.

      Cons

      The company is disorganized. They hire amazing talent and then don't know what to do with them so they make them bend, and change to fit them into their box, which is the only way they know how to work. The senior leadership is an old boys club - no women in power.
