They reward years of hard work and personal sacrifice with layoffs. Few opportunities to move up if you don't have the right kind of outgoing personality

Like any call center job it's sink or swim, a bit cutthroat. Not a good fit for everyone. You will be pushed to sell even if customer is not interested. Must have a positive attitude and be receptive to criticism to do well here.

Not flexible and very intense

Business future is uncertain, up or out management principles. New senior leaders somewhat disconnected from the day-to-day. Commute from Charlotte is horrible.

Long work hours No two days off in a row Only Full-time positions available

- Some late nights/weekends are usually required - As of recently, requires COVID 19 vaccine which is a complete overstep of boundaries

-Fast training -They don’t tell you they’re teaching you college material where you’ll have to study, take tests and take a book full of notes during the whole training -Switched my job expectation within the first 3 months and completely removed ADT- work from home to switch my whole training group to sell internet (not what I applied for.)
