Pros

Salary payments were made, but that is the only positive.

Cons

The atmosphere was extremely toxic. QA team had to teach me and prepare for the project. Training was poorly organized and inconsistent. I was assigned one set of topics, which I fully learned and completed all tasks. Later, I was evaluated on completely different expectations that had never been part of the training. The QA team appeared to be preparing for termination rather than onboarding. I found out that there was very little actual work, with few projects and frequent periods when people had nothing to do. The feedback included false claims about my soft skills, such as not greeting people or not saying thank you, which never reflected my actual behavior. I escalated these concerns to the CEO. He apologized and said he would investigate, but no action was taken.

Pros

You can learn a lot here and grow with your team.

Cons

You'll suffer from extreme stress and exhaustion if you decide to work in this company. The management here is rarely helpful as the supervisors aren't really hands-on. They're actually horrible at their jobs because they don't mentor employees. It is also doesn't help that some people from the leadership have toxic attitude.

Pros

I try my best to find the positives in this place, but there is none.

Cons

This company is full of exhausted employees due to the inhumane treatment of the management. The managers expect the employees to work for very long hours and take on a ton of workload. These are despite the below average salary offered to the employees. This means you'll just exhaust yourself without receiving what you deserve.
