      Disorganized and very micromanaging company

      Honestly can't think of any.

      Cons

      Management is extremely micromanaging and unorganized!!! Very poor communication skills. Commission structure changes several times without notice and employees are coerced into signing acceptance whether it is agreed upon or not!

      Pros

      My manager frequently checked in with me and offered help whenever it's needed. I've been enjoying having conversations with her about my projects and work environment. I felt a lot of care. Many members I've met in Red Oak were very responsible and pleasant to work with.

      Cons

      It would be better if I had more transparency with the legal team but the result was good
