Pros

Day to day, most interactions and people you will be interacting with are thoughtful, sincere, and always willing to help. Structure wise, on day to day communication and organization, folders and documents are organized.

Cons

There have been pushes by upper management to cut corners by combining tasks and workloads onto the average employee that used to be shared among multiple employees Long hours of unpaid overtime Not flexible on salaries, does not pay market price, nor match anywhere near inflation in raises

Pros

Interesting projects Great compensation Hard-working co-workers Do care about you as an *employee*

Cons

Poor work/life balance (which is expected in consulting and relevant to RN) Unrealistic timelines driven by sales rather than the individuals executing Extremely poor exit process (expect the possibility of being terminated if you provide 2 week notice) Do not care about you as an *individual"

Pros

Some of the people, whom I would call the worker bees, are really nice and hard working folks. Depending on your manager, most requests to work from home are accommodated. Walking distance to downtown Yardley.

Cons

Hiring people who are either not qualified or are terrible, both at their job or as an individual. Upper management likes to tote that “we are a family” but truthfully they no longer care about their employees nor the quality of work being produced. Get it in and out the door as fast as possible is the new model. Creativity and innovation have been buzz words, void of their actual meaning. Management is general is pretty awful. Most don’t understand the client’s needs comparative to what can be delivered on time and on budget. They promise the moon but can’t hit the stratosphere. Outsourcing. Now with a team in India, quality is guaranteed to plummet at a rapid rate. Time is wasted on this “cheap labor” since the majority of the work has to be redone. Essentially you get what you pay for.
