Pros
The Founder/Clinical Director really strives to maintain high standards at every level. I also found her to be a genuine person who was consistently fair and cares about her employees. The staff (massage therapists, front desk, and management) and ownership is made up of a lovely and diverse group of people with an array of talents that pertain to their work at Red Moon and extend into their lives outside. I met so many wonderful people during my time there. I also really loved working at a place that I knew was contributing to the well-being of its community and clients.
Cons
Not so much a con, but something to consider when deciding if Red Moon is a good fit for you. As a Front Desk Associate you really have to roll up your sleeves. You will play a key role in maintaining the space, this means keeping the facility clean (loading the dishwasher, taking out garbage, etc.). You should also expect to receive communication (generally by text or email) outside of working hours.

At Red Moon, you are surrounded by amazing, passionate, experienced practitioners. The front desk staff is professional and hardworking. Lena makes herself available to field your questions, concerns and curiosities. Lots of opportunities for continuing education, home visits and event work. Also bonuses, holiday parties, continuing ed stipend, massage trades, & 401k for full-time employees
Cons
I left due to my personal scheduling and career reasons. I was waiting for another AM shift to open up and understandably those shifts are in high demand. I’m also looking to explore other areas of the massage field.
