-Execs that would rather generate bogus reviews than address the problems people are trying to bring to light. -Silencing staff with reminders to stay in our lanes instead of considering alternative solutions -If your title doesn’t start with VP or above, you don’t have a voice here. -HR has no interest in actually being helpful to anyone. They clearly serve at the pleasure of the execs instead of the staff. -Even in pursuit of good optics, they manage to make the worst possible choices. It’s as if they have no advisors with any experience. -Zero women in leadership while they repeatedly claim that they are trying to fix it and just hire more men. -Town hall meetings claiming to practice transparency while they pre filter questions and essentially blow hot air for an hour.
