      Pros

      Recurly is a really great place to work, the people, the values makes this a company that I would love to stay for a long time.

      Cons

      You need to take ownership if you want to grow on the company, no one is gonna tell you what to do, how to do it, the expectation it's basically you are capable of joining into a team and understanding the needs

      Pros

      Awesome co-workers and managers. Fun and fast-paced office. Free catered lunch. Solid product and really interesting customers. Extremely compelling comp plan and reasonable quotas.

      Cons

      Not enough inbound leads. Need to improve training and enablement. A lot of change.

      Pros

      While I'm still relatively new to Recurly, I've been very impressed with my first several months. Fantastic onboarding, and the people here are just wonderful. Everyone is welcoming, friendly and helpful as you settle in. The product is also great - the customers like it and it actually provides tangible ROI, which is so critical for retention and growth. Lots of good perks as well - nice office, lunch provided, etc.

      Cons

      Going into the office 3 days a week is an adjustment after formerly being remote, also the space in Austin is very crowded and loud during busy work hours.
