Excellent place to work where you are valued as an individual
Pros
Note: this is likely swayed by my experience with an excellent team leader who I personally connected really well with and really excelled under their management style. Positive, strong family culture. Very inclusive and accepting of individuality. Took very little time to feel part of the team and part of the 'family'. Supportive and fairly good awareness of mental health and wellbeing. Encouragement and interest in people's personal development. Fun social activities. Flexible working arrangements. Many people who have been employed for 10+ years! Really cool mix of personalities and genuinely lovely people to work with.
Cons
Review process has no formal structure on the employee side. Salary increases are very small. There seems to be a big difference between AU and NZ such as office environment, perks, benefits and I would assume between pay rates as well. There aren't many young people in NZ office and as a result the social aspect has dwindled (outside of main events).
