If you are looking for a place to learn, grow, and develop your career with phenomenal people and tremendous leadership, I highly suggest looking into Recast. I joined Recast Software because of the people, and I stand by that decision 100%. As an Account Executive, I've been supported since day one - leadership is phenomenal, customers love the product, our teams are great work with, and I've been provided many opportunities to take on leadership roles and add value to the organization. And I've absolutely loved my time doing so. When evaluating employment opportunities, some of the most important factors for me are the people, product, culture, and career development - and Recast supports all of this. I've always had the tools, systems, and resources necessary to execute at a high-level, and Recast is a fun, fast, and scaling company to be part of. Recast feels like a family, and I have loved my time working here. 10/10 recommend.
