      Incredible coworkers. Lots of autonomy. Most collaborative environment I've had the good fortune to experience. Excellent benefits. Decent work life balance before the company started struggling financially. Transparent about finances and company direction.

      Cons

      Constantly shifting priorities. Not given a chance to follow up on wins.

      Great culture, high trust + high autonomy, great benefits, great people, genuine concern for player trust, safety, and sentiment. Work life balance is off the charts - regularly encouraged to take time off. Never felt more taken care of by a company.

      Cons

      Salary increase/review process could be improved/less ambiguous. High stress/pressure at times.
