Pros
Amazing peers and coworkers who were endlessly helpful and kind, unlimited PTO and remote work made work-life balance perfect, content of work (art) made it incredibly fun to work on everyday. My team felt like family and I was given many opportunities to grow.
Cons
Management did not make good decisions for the company. C-suite pulled us in so many different directions during the last year, we were being severely overworked and stressed out just to be laid off after all of our hard work.

-Great benefits -Really great coworkers, the way they vet for culture is very specific -Yearly company all hands for whole company -Unlimited PTO comes in clutch -Room for growth or movement as a lot of things are experimental
Cons
-Transparency can sometimes come and go for critical things -Tends to hold onto employees that are not contributing for longer than they should -C suite can make questionable business decisions that affect ICs -No clear growth paths
