Pros

Culture & Team — The people here are what make Rebuy special. It's a genuinely collaborative environment where teams across CS, Product, Engineering, and Sales work closely together. There's no ego — people jump in to help each other, whether it's troubleshooting a complex merchant issue or brainstorming strategy for a client. The remote culture works well and you feel connected to the team. Growth & Learning — If you're someone who wants to grow, this is the place. The product is technically deep — spanning AI-powered recommendations, Smart Cart, subscriptions, and more — so you're constantly learning. I've been able to develop skills across technical troubleshooting, strategic consulting, and data analysis. Leadership supports your development and gives you real ownership over your accounts and outcomes. Compensation & Benefits — Competitive comp and solid benefits for a company of this size. You feel valued for the work you put in.

Like any fast-growing company, things move quickly and priorities can shift — but that's also part of what keeps the work exciting.

Pros

Incredible company culture striking the perfect balance between startup and established. We work hard. There's a lot of ambition and boldness, but they don't embrace hustle culture and set unrealistic or unhealthy expectations. Fantastic leadership across the board. Amazing teamwork and an environment that has never been one to generate drama or conflict. So things stay chill. Compensation is excellent. Benefits are the best I have ever had. And I have worked in several different tech companies from pure startups to multi-thousand employee organizations. Rebuy is a company that genuinely strives to embrace individual ownership within projects, making everyone feel like their perspective and contribution is not only welcome, but critical. Maybe the best recommendation I can give to this job is that after being here for close to a year and a half, I have never dreaded Monday.

Cons

The biggest con is just the flip side to the amazing benefits of remote work. Since you don't spend time in office with your coworkers, you have to figure out ways to make opportunities to connect and collaborate. That requires extra thought and effort that comes for free in an in-office environment. But in my opinion, this is negligible when compared with the benefits and flexibility that remote work offers. The other con that I would express would be that Rebuy is right at that difficult space of figuring out how to function at a slightly larger scale than startup while still having the spirit of a startup, which makes administrative systems still feel a bit home-brewed. And sometimes workflows depend a lot on tribal knowledge rather than being clear, well-documented, and accessible to anybody who needs them. All that being said, I have not had any extreme negative experiences at Rebuy. Have loved my time thus far.
