Pros

Zero. Zip. Zlich. Nada. None.

Cons

The fact Rebel has yet to crash and burn yet is nothing short of a miracle. They are ran by money hungry, unethical, morally robbed leaders. These leaders are sneaky, they have found a way to line their own pockets with a second business venture umbrella'd under Rebel that utilizes their Rebel employees for free labor for their sister company. Rebel is not only sneaky internally but their nearby competitors. Obviously, as a business you look for ways to poach clients from nearby competitors, however, there are professional ways to do this. Rebel uses flashy presentations to shield the fact they know nothing about Digital Marketing. I was baffled when starting to work here after spending many years at a VERY successful agency how much they did not know. It took me aback because even I was fooled by their beautifully curated presentations, but when I looked "under the hood" of their campaigns and was being trained in how to launch and optimize I was shocked at how careless and unwilling any one was to listen to any new ideas/ and recommendations that were simply best practice. Rebel is equivalent to a cult. They promote undeserving people who are so obviously "fake it till you make it" type of people yet they still get overly paid while their hard working employees scrape.

Pros

The people are great but the good ones don’t stay long. You learn a lot.

Cons

The CEO is not fit to run a company and degrades people publicly. Yelling and threatening people’s jobs is not a good look when it’s done in front of other people. Have to be in the office 4/5 days a week and you will be expected to work nights and sometimes weekends. The senior leadership team is dissembled at this point with everyone quitting.

Pros

Met some cool people who thankfully have all moved on as well

Cons

Read the reviews on this site. So many are true and don’t exaggerate. Any positive ones are written by the current SLT to drive the average up. Wish I could have gotten out sooner. Embarrassing to have this in my job history. Any ideas that didn’t follow the script were seen as negative. There is no truth or trust with conversations about personal life issues and if anything it’s held against you.
