      The environment was really geared towards people who want to learn more and continue to expand their skill set.

      Cons

      Work is repetitive. It quickly became apparent that the company was more concerned with making money then creating good products. All new work was focused around one product

      Disorganized but fun if you like people

      Good people, you will laugh.

      Cons

      Talking is more important than thinking. If you are a nerd and want to touch many technologies, this might not be the place your are looking for. If you are an extrovert and know some technology you might be a good fit.

      Pros

      Over my years with RealDecoy I've had the opportunity to work with wonderful people (both colleagues and clients), learn new technologies and skills, travel, provide input into improving the RD process as the company transitioned through exponential growth and tried my hand at 3 distinct roles. It has been a great experience!

      Cons

      Like any organization experiencing rapid growth, there have been bumps along the road. Processes and methodology have been evolving (with the purpose of providing a superior customer experience), which can be challenging; but it is all for the greater good.
