      Pros

      Real Thread is so much more than t-shirts! It's a company that sincerely cares about people and wants to leave a mark on the world. The company puts a lot of emphasis on positive company culture and encourages every employee to be their best self, both professionally and personally. Employees are taken care of and treated as family. And I really believe that as a result of that, the team puts out amazing quality and customer service. Happy team, happy customers!

      Cons

      Could be a pro or a con, depends on how you look at it ....but as a growing company, things are often evolving and shifting (which is ultimately a good thing!), but can sometimes be a challenge to keep up and establish structure along the way...definitely requires a "roll with the punches" attitude.

      Great Company. Amazing culture!

      Pros

      One of the best things about working at Real Thread is the people. Everyone is supportive and willing to help! A lot of companies advertise a "great culture", but at Real Thread- everyone feels like family. We all work hard, putting 110% of our best efforts every day, and play hard at the same time. No micromanaging. Everyone looks after each other and no one hesitates to share their knowledge/experiences with you to make sure you succeed. I am so grateful to be part of a company that values their employees, their opinions and expertise.

      Cons

      There are no major concerns that I have experienced. Minor concerns are immediately reviewed and addressed as they arise.
