Pros
This is a small RnD team that works smartly and achieves what bigger RnD teams would struggle to. Every individual is very talented and experienced, and there is a lot to learn. The culture is wonderful and every employee is treated with a lot of respect. Enough freedom to innovate, come up with ideas and implement them without obstructions. There is emphasis on employee's development and well being. Management believes in hiring the best and trusting their employees which builds an amazing work environment. The strong business, a very open and friendly top management and an extremely knowledgeable set of coworkers makes this a great team to be part of.
