I did not serve a specific purpose and was basically paid to stand around. Over and over again I asked for work -whenever I did land a small task - it was never explained well. Never at one point did me or the other new hires know what we were doing. Meetings were enormous time wasters, with nothing being accomplished for hours other than silly ice-breaker games. Whenever an opportunity was presented for reporting to upper management, we would be asked to stay quiet.
Did not want to bash anyone since they were mostly nice, but don’t want someone else to fall into the same trap, as their turnover rate is very high. Would not recommend the Education Team - work for the Reagan Foundation in a different department if you want to work there.
