      The staff is well informed and open to communication and feedback. They also like to enroll devs in Intersystems courses

      Cons

      Because it is a consulting gig some knowledge is not transferable and what you learn varies from project to project

      Pros

      Ready Computing is a great company that is really good to all of it’s people. - compassion in spades - everyone is extremely nice and helpful - excellent work life balance - realistic expectations

      Cons

      - health insurance is expensive and not that great - you could get pulled off of your current project if you have a skill set needed for another project

      Working with Ready Computing gives you the opportunity to work remotely

      Cons

      This is a racist company. The Integration team acts all nice they are really mean and racist. Beware of their smiles, they are not genuine. Management encourage team members not to help each other but report and gossip about each other. The management does not care, they are only after the money they make from their vendors. They take lots of projects from vendors and expect the staffs to deliver within an abnormally short period of time.
