      Recepts reputation in the specialty world speaks for itself! Pitiful!

      Pros

      Absolutely nightmare! Pay seems pretty good until you realize you have sold yourself to the devil and his sister. Micro managed and forced to lie to providers and patients is their game! Play or get burnt! The pharmacy's are overworked and unstaffed which leaves no room for real patient care.

      Cons

      Washed up former CVS management! Total control freaks who could careless about building solid lasting relationships with healthcare providers. Its hard to fill the sales funnel when management plays favorite and lets inside sales cover-up laziness! If you can't lie for business don't give this company another thought...as a matter of fact run!

      There are absolutely no pros.

      Cons

      1: Employees have a heavy work load 2: Employees need to work around broken ERP systems which management is not taking enough steps to fix. 3: Lack of good work life balance 4: Average employee term is one year.
