      The WORSE Experience thus far!

      Pros

      Benefits, Vacation given up front, The Norfolk office closes down for 2 weeks at the end of the year for the holidays so no leave is required.

      Cons

      Sooo many..."good ole boy" environment but yet they attempt to promote diversity= FAIL, just go to their website and look at their "leadership"! There are people who have been there 20 plus years and they act like it so the less change the better. Slackers are promoted and not disciplined. The folks at the Norfolk office are disingenuous, unfriendly, and racist!

      Pros

      I can only speak for the Aurora, CO division. Other sites may be better environments. Benefits are good (not great) for a family life. Good starter company to gain experience and resume builder. Access to world travel opportunities within the company

      Cons

      Promotion, past entry to mid-level, is thru attrition and nepotism not actual skill. Management beats down motivation and buries the self-starters with bureaucracy and procedure. Takes 5 times the effort to do simple projects. Quickly burn out trying to find any accomplishment within your job. Management uses procedure to cover up incompetence. High turn over rate.
