      The company definitely has some great compensation packages and you can build up some time. The teams have some pretty knowledgeable people working there. If you work hard and meet your goals they compensate you well.

      Cons

      Can be a lot of work and never feel like I can catch up. This can be a good and bad thing sometimes.
