Pros

- Good work hours - Ability to interact with everyone in the office - Good HR - Clear cut tasks and goals

Cons

- Managers are very hands-on - Office politics - Simple repetitive tasks on daily basis - Calling is a part of the job profile, not everyone on the marketing team does this. Managers pick and choose the people who are assigned this work.

Pros

- Fast growing company - remote work

Cons

- Very manipulative management - They don’t have any clarity whom to hire, you can see a college pass out as analyst and also a person with 9 years also. - From Analyst to Manager every one will work similar to individual contributor on the left over works of their client. - when you get to hear that u are given position of lead or Manager don’t get excited it will be more it individual contributor work. - No work life Balance, as it’s growing company u have to work 10 hours minimum to meet the set objectives by your managers.

Pros

One and only one: Permanent work from home.

Cons

I don't even know where to begin. 1. Rayden Interactive, a Phreesia partner is a VERY TOXIC place to work. 2. They are focused on marketing their so called "company" than being employee centric. 3. Please don't fall for the apparent "unlimited PTO". Asking for a leave is frowned upon. It's done so that Rayden won't have to encash leaves during FNF. 4. Managerial positions are held by unworthy people. Just because they have been with the company since the start which is quite laugable. 5. Rayden doesn't understand the difference between feedback and escalation. If Phreesia gives a feedback/constructive criticism about an associate, Rayden takes it as an escalation. Then only Lord help the poor associate because he's gone for. 6. Since they are so occupied in promoting their company, naturally, no one at Rayden or Phreesia is willing to help an associate and set them up for success. YOU ARE EXPECTED TO KNOW EVERYTHING and if you don't, well then, that's on you, isn't it? Because?.. Rayden cannot handle constructive criticism/feedback and will blame the poor associate who may not know everything for his shortcoming. 7. They literally SPAM LinkedIn with nonsensical posts and force the employees to do it too. NO ONE wants to read it. 8. You are forced to work inside of VDI and not the local PC. Virtual Desktops are super slow and it takes forever to get things done inside the VDI. Toggling between Zoom and Teams inside and outside VDI is a horrifying pain. 9. You cannot be vocal. If you want to give a feedback about the management, you will be silenced, because Rayden doesn't understand constructive criticism/feedback. I can go on but I'll limit myself here.
