      Decent pay for the area.

      Cons

      Since Monomoy bought the company things have declined drastically. What used to be a pretty good place to work, is slowly being destroyed. Bonus program, holiday world tickets, Christmas gifts and parties, and 401k match have all been taken from us. Insurance is outrageous!Hard work is no longer appreciated and morale is at an all-time low and declining.
