Pros

Madison is nice. Building is good, nice extras.

Cons

Creative leadership, especially the newer stakeholders are indecisive and bad at communicating. Not inspiring, meandering. You advance here based on how well you socialize. This place is the epitome of "don't be good at your job, just be good at being popular" All the fun and creativity has been sucked out of the air here, everything is dominated by producers that detract from creative meetings by filling 33 percent of the time with productivity jargon. Call of duty is an assembly line of the most boring soul sucking crap you'll ever work on. You will use broken or underperforming workstations for years at a time, making every day work miserable as you just struggle with mundane workstation issues that never get fixed
