Dont listen to their employees, tend to screw over employees any way they can, if you speak up about an issue you get backlash, you have no control over your schedule PERIOD. I was working with someone who smokes pot. He was fired and then rehired. Shortly after he wasn't doing his job and they didn't turn their heads. I was paid incorrectly so I didn't have enough money for gas and they suspended me. I then asked them why I didn't get the pay raise and they said we have to have our merchant license. That wasn't expressed from anyone in upper management. When talking to my sergeant he said it was an expectation. They are pulling these things to everyone else working for the company. I then was told I would be getting the corporal position but they didn't know it was next year Would be turning 21. I have always gave it my all for this company and they just took advantage of me and used me as their pawn. I couldn't call out without being suspended.
