      Burnout central!!

      Pros

      Great colleagues and diverse patient populations; Although these pros were nice, I would advise no therapist to work here, unless you want to suffer from the unrealistic expectations.

      Cons

      Poor morale/culture as leadership constantly made changes impacting clinicians administrative workflows. Additionally, the caseload is absolutely unrealistic. Lack of support if verbalizing burnout concerns, pretty much “get with it or leave” attitude.

      remote; flexible schedule; some great therapists/colleagues

      Cons

      Terrible clinical director, poor leadership, no cultural competency, poor management, sketchy billing policies that leave clients angry. next to no increase in salary after becoming LCSW. Hostile work environment including intimidation and retaliation from leadership
