      Horrendous from day one

      Pros

      You get paid on time. Some of the work colleagues are lovely. I'm really struggling to think of any plus points.

      Cons

      The worst management I have ever experienced; rude, aggressive, demeaning, no support or training. Ignored from day one. This is the worst job I have ever had in my career my advise would be if you are thinking of working for Rapiscan, don't. Do yourself a favour and walk away!!!

      absolutely ZERO! If any, a few good colleagues

      Cons

      Glassdoor does not allow enough room to list them all. However, NO INTEGRITY at the leadership level, particularly in Sales. Pathological liars who will promise you one thing and never deliver. Several in Sr. levels that are grossly overpaid, but are in the "club" so retain their jobs. Layoffs are FREQUENT, but never impacts the highest paid ones that are "club members". It's a SORRY organization. Culture is horrible, morale non-existent. People working here do so to just have a job, not because they are dedicated, loyal, or enjoying it.

      Poor management, empty promises and no development.

      Pros

      Some really good people within the business. A great product but one that is not quite ready yet.

      Cons

      A company that is trying to run before it can walk with little or no solid direction. A management team that doesn't listen to its staff and changes its mind on a regular basis at all levels. Head office in California making all the decisions from 8000 miles away without anyone on the ground. Concerns from staff in the UK are rarely listened to. An immense workload that often resulted in12-13 hour days just in an attempt to keep things running.
