      Pros

      They are not trust worthy people.

      Cons

      No stack up they give in offer letter. They ask for money in case you don't join the organization. Hr has no knowledge about the company. Salary negotiation is done by CEO. They try to mental torcher you. I don't recommend you to join the organization.

      Salary deduction, weird hours calculation,No proper work culture, No technical person to assist. You have to manage on your self.

      Pros

      Learnt a great deal in the past two years on some of the really challenging projects. This allowed me to learn ML algos and data science concepts as well. I joined as Python Django developer to work on backend but once I proved myself, they provided me opportunities to work on other exciting stuff too. Also learnt Node Js. Great and cooperative team and management

      Cons

      Need to have more informal events as well
