      Location, some employees, free payday lunch, 401k

      Cons

      Management out to lunch (includes HR), treatment and disrespect of employees, doesn't seek or want employee input, no communication, no idea on how to judge talent, too cheap to have heat or air conditioning, no room to work, stone age tracking of jobs/parts, no coherent shipping plan, no upward movement, etc, etc, etc

      Seems friendly at first but too much lip service to taking care of customer

      Cons

      Too many to list but essentially an unethical, toxic environment where if you challenge management they fire you instead of looking for ways to improve. Do not respect the customer - both internally as well as externally.
