-no organization amongst servers, no given sections or guest count, they are used as dishwashers, host and food runners as well
-bar is not kept up to date, wines are never dates, ginger beer tap doesn’t work correctly, a lot of the equipment is either overused or half broken, garnishes are sometimes kept in there for days.
-there’s a lot of favoritism that goes around, there needs to be more respect given to people, they don’t appreciate hard work. Cut your hours cause you make them mad or do something wrong.
-managers disappear or run errands while on the clock.
-No work/life balance
-they don’t follow your availability you give or just don’t listen
-we can’t be on our phones, but management always is or conversating when we hit our peak busy times.
