      Toxic Data Program Managers (Senior) in C and I - worked to the bone without remorse!

      Pros

      None that is worth the non existence of a work/life balance and toxic work culture.

      Cons

      The buck starts and stops with the Program/Project Managers that has zero EQ and regard for people. It is not RMB as a whole but rather dinosaurs such as this that need to be removed from the bank in order to give a chance for younger blood to implement healthy and productive management styles that are sustainable and have a positive impact on RMB and its employees.
