      Free Imaging of any kind, 401k, Annual raises,

      Horrible health insurance! The majority of the staff has bad attitudes and are irrational at times. There is no room for a male staff member to move up in this company because he cannot perform in Mamo. Petty issues are made to be major issues, while major issues get swept under the rug majority of the time. It's hard to get help when needed/Not a teamwork environment. I'll stop here.

      A few of the best reasons to work at Raleigh Radiology is because their physicians care about the relationships of their employees which makes the employees care about their patients. My position is unique but its flexible.

      Cons

      Some of the downsides of working at RR would be the distance I travel to get one way (19 miles).

      Unorganized. No type of training!! Management the worst! Showing favor to some due to Family member working in different positions! Leadership working to get other leadership fired!! Sleeping & Flat ironing hair on the job but no consequence cause they have a family member working there. Things changes everyday BUT you better not make a mistake!!!! Leadership love Hair & Nail talk lol. Nothing is confidential!!
